DFDS A/S has in week 12 purchased 30,432 own shares for DKK 7.2m as part of the share buyback programme of DKK 250m launched on 12 February 2016 and expiring latest on 17 August 2016, ref. company announcement no. 4/2016 of 12 February 2016.
The accumulated share buy-back of 303,454 shares for DKK 73.0m amounts to 29.2% of the programme.

The share buy-back programme is organised in compliance with the EU Commission's Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 (Safe Harbour regulation for share buybacks).
